Immersion Yoga Teacher Training Courses to make Certified Yoga Teacher worldwide.

Yogi Umesh has a teaching journey in Jaipur, India, and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga and Meditation, along with YIC qualifications. He specializes in Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Style and received training from the renowned institution, SHRI K.
Yogi Umesh, an experienced NDDY Yoga and Naturopathy Yoga Scholar, has over 15 years of expertise in Hath Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. He advocates a disciplined lifestyle, emphasizing self-realization through yoga and surrendering to the supreme power for physical and mental well-being.
Divyadhara Saraswati Acharya Hemlata Sharma, Co-Director of Yogasthali Yoga Society, is a renowned yoga teacher, meditation expert, life coach, and spiritual coach. She is registered with Yoga Alliance US as an E-RYT500 and YACEP.
She does yoga, Teaches yoga, and always Lives in a yogic state of mind and intention. Yoga is her passion and her best friend. She is Co- Founder and Director of Yogasthali Yoga Society, Jaipur. Divyadhara Saraswati Hemlata is pursuing her Ph.D. in Yoga, she is an Evaluator and Leading Yoga Examiner of YCB (Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of Ayush), Member of Indian Yoga Association
